Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Purogaly Advisory Group ("Purogaly," "we," "us," or "our"), including purogaly.com, the Purogaly AI Governance Platform, Leapr (leapr.co), and Deployco (deployco.co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of that organization, and you represent that you have the authority to do so.

Description of Services

Purogaly Advisory Group provides the following services:

• Purogaly AI Governance Platform: An enterprise platform for governing AI agents, managing non-human identities, enforcing policies, and maintaining compliance.
• Leapr: A career intelligence platform providing gap analysis, personalized roadmaps, and community matching for professionals in career transition.
• Deployco: A content distribution platform enabling founders and businesses to distribute content across multiple social media platforms simultaneously.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
• Engage in unauthorized data collection or scraping
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

For Deployco specifically: you are responsible for all content distributed through our platform. You must have the legal right to post content on each connected social media platform and must comply with each platform's terms of service.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Purogaly Advisory Group and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to our platforms. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide the services you have requested.

Payment Terms

Certain services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

Third-Party Integrations

Our services integrate with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, Meta, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Third-party API access may be revoked or modified at any time by the respective platform providers. We cannot guarantee continued availability of any specific third-party integration.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Purogaly Advisory Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
